Calcium-zinc stabilizer
Calcium-zinc stabilizer is composed of calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant and antioxidant by special composite process. It can not only replace toxic stabilizers such as lead cadmium salts and organotin, but also has good thermal stability, light stability, transparency and coloring power. Practice has proved that in PVC resin products, its processability is good, and its thermal stability is equivalent to that of lead salt stabilizers, so it is a good non-toxic stabilizer.

Product introduction and application:
Calcium-zinc stabilizer is composed of calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant and antioxidant by special composite process. It has good dispersion, compatibility, processing fluidity, wide adaptability and excellent surface finish with PVC resin during processing; excellent thermal stability and small initial hue; no heavy metals and other toxic components, and no vulcanization phenomenon; long Congo red test time, excellent electrical insulation, no impurities, and high efficiency weather resistance; wide application range, strong practicability, less dosage and versatility; and better whiteness in white products than that in similar products. This product is widely used in various PVC hard products, such as PVC pipes, pipe fittings, plates, profiles and so on.
