Strict raw material incoming inspection:

 

Each batch of raw materials must be inspected. If there are quality fluctuations or defects, they are not allowed to be put into storage, and must be returned or exchanged to ensure the quality of the finished product is stable.

Strict finished product factory inspection:

 

Each batch of finished products must be strictly inspected before leaving the factory, and they must meet the index requirements before leaving the factory.

At the same time, the company has a special sample room to reserve samples for each batch of products and keep them for at least one year in case of subsequent customer requirements for re-inspection and inspection and analysis of related products.

Customer sample testing:    

 

The company can provide customers with sample testing services to help customers identify and analyze product quality, and provide relevant suggestions and references. Products can also be customized according to customer samples.
